Selhurst Park, Sunday 3.00pm
Palace centre half Scott Dann has picked up a slight strain during training this week and will need to be assessed. If injured, he leaves Roy Hodgson drastically short of central defensive options with Mamadou Sakho (knee), James Tomkins (groin) both out. Jeffrey Schlupp (ankle) and Pape Souare remain sidelined.
Goalie Julian Speroni, who will be exiting Palace after 15 years, has asked Hodgson not to give him a farewell appearance out of sentiment.
Bournemouth trio David Brooks (ankle), Dan Gosling (calf) and Dominic Solanke (hamstring) are out of the clash. Keeper Asmir Begovic will be rested to give youngster Mark Travers more game time. Lewis Cook and Simon Francis are still missing for the Cherries.
Roy Hodgson
"[Eddie Howe] gets a lot of credit and rightly so, they are a very good team, dangerous going forward in particular. They've added players to the club in the last couple of years who have been very important ones.
"We know it's going to be a very tough game. I fear that the last game of the season is always going to be that way.
"Last year we played an already relegated West Brom, they came here and played well. We won the game in the end which makes it seem all hunky dory, but if I cast my mind back to that game it was difficult to win against a team you could say had very little to play for.
"That won't be the case on Sunday, Bournemouth have a lot to play for and we have to be at our best to get something form the game."
Eddie Howe
"I think whenever you play against Crystal Palace you’re aware of their physicality, their pace in the team - especially in the wide areas - they’ve got very athletic players.
"They played with a 4-4-2 in their last game, so they’ve got two good strikers as well. Pace is a definite theme in their team and height they also have in certain situations, they’re going to be a threat."
