Selhurst Park, Saturday 3.00pm
Palace duo Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be assessed late on with hamstring injuries that sidelined them in the international break for Ivory Coast and England U21 respectively.
Bakary Sako is back in training after overcoming a calf problem. Centre half Mamadou Sakho remains Palace's only injury issue as he recovers from knee surgery.
Huddersfield's Christopher Schindler (illness), Danny Williams (knee) and Jonathan Hogg (rib) are available for selection again. Adama Diakhaby (hamstring), Demeaco Duhaney (hip), Laurent Depoitre (foot), Isaac Mbenza (calf) are all still out.
Roy Hodgson
"We'll have needed a win whatever. We've had two narrow defeats which are always tough to take especially against local rivals. It doesn't necessarily have any bearing on our performance tomorrow. We have an almost fully fit squad to choose from and we know the importance of the game and what's required of us.
"The thing about the Premier League, if you take both ends of it is there's still an awful lot that can happen when there are 24 points to play for.
"A team that can put together a good run of form can move well away from the relegation zone into the middle of the table. That comment is relevant if you like for so many teams."
Jan Siewert
"I think there’s a difference when they play at home to when they play away, so we had a look at that.
"They’re a quick team, quick in transition, so very quick and have quick wingers, I especially think of Zaha. I know Batshuayi from Dortmund from when he played there.
"Sometimes they play in 4-3-3 or sometimes in 4-2-3-1 with a real 10, Max Mayer played in the cup. We have to be aware of each shape, whichever they will play.
"We know that Zaha is a dangerous player, but there are other dangerous ones. Sometimes he makes runs for others to score. We have to be aware of every player, but of course, he’s a key player."
