White Hart Lane, Sunday 3.00pm
Eagles manager Alan Pardew has been handed a major fitness boost ahead of the London derby with Spurs. Yannick Bolasie (hip), Dwight Gayle and Bakary Sako (both hamstring) go into the squad after overcoming their respective injuries.
Joe Ledley (thigh) may feature, but midfielders James McArthur (ankle ligaments) and Jason Puncheon (hamstring) are both still sidelined. Left-back Pape Souare is suspended after his red card against Watford last time out.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is set to ring the changes from Thursday night's 1-1 Europa League draw away to Fiorentina after resting key men.
Goalkeeper Hugo Lloris (shoulder) won't play with Michel Vorm set to deputise in between the sticks, while Clinton Njie and Jan Vertonghen (both knee) are also out.
Roy Hodgson
"Footballers can be introspective. Even me, at 54. During this run, I've been questioning myself. The last two defeats by Bournemouth and Watford really hurt me. Did I pick the wrong team? Did I set them up badly? It's only natural. If you weren't like that you would never improve.
"We really felt we could have got something from the second-half against Watford. That is why we have been in Spain. There have been a lot of injuries. The squad became fragmented. We needed to bond again. Not to complain about our luck but to make some of our own, hopefully.
"The same kind of questions will be there for Ade after eight months without playing. I know players. Although he is an outwardly confident person, they still need a goal or a performance to lift them and remind them they can still do it.
"He'll have all that going on — and questions about his fitness. So far, he looks like he is answering most of them.Perhaps the best thing against Watford was his first goal for us. We certainly needed a goal-scorer to get one.”
"My relationship with the manager [Mauricio Pochettino] was beautiful. I think we have a very good relationship and had man to man conversations. We always talk and he told me 'Manny I don't count on you anymore' which I do understand and I realised my time was over at Tottenham and I have to move on.
"With the club itself, I did not have a good relationship with the chairman Daniel Levy because he made everything complicated. But at the end of the day I know where I am from and when you want something you have to stand strong for it. And I stand strong for what I think is my decision.
"If I score and I'm not going to celebrate then I'm going to tell the manager I'm not going to play. What is the point of being on the pitch, scoring goals and not celebrating?
"For me, apart from having my baby, the best thing that ever happened to me is whenever I score my next goal. Scoring goals is what I do best in my career. If I score against Tottenham, trust me, I'm going to celebrate - I don't know why I shouldn't."
