Striker Andy Gray could return for the Tykes after being out for three games with an achilles tendon injury.

Nile Ranger, Craig Davies, Ricardo Vaz Te and Danny Haynes are all in with a shout for starting up front for Barnsley.

Palace will still be without Dean Moxey (knee), Sean Scannell (thigh), Jon Williams (broken leg), Alex Marrow (ankle) and Lee Hills (knee).
