Team news

Midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi faces a month on sidelines after pulling his hamstring in Palace's midweek 2-1 victory over Coventry.

Owen Garvan is doubtful of making the journey to Hull because of a hip injury, while Darren Ambrose (knee) and Glenn Murray (ankle) are unlikely to feature. Nathaniel Clyne (foot) and Steffen Iversen (ankle) miss out. Dean Moxey serves the final match of his four-game ban.

Palace boss Dougie Freedman said: "The injuries we have got are almost unbelievable. They have all come at the same time. But it gives the youngsters a chance to perform and they did that brilliantly against Coventry."

Hull's teenage winger Robbie Brady, who is on loan from Manchester United, hopes to shake off illness to play. Midfielder Tom Crainey has recovered from a groin strain, but defender Paul McShane (calf) and winger Cameron Stewart (knee ligaments) are out.
