Ibra Sekajja
Crystal Palace confirmed their place in the Championship with a late 1-1 draw at Hull City.
Dougie Freedman's men went into the game needing a point to guarantee safety but in the end it did not matter as Scunthorpe lost and Sheffield United drew and were relegated.
Academy star Ibra Sekajja leapt off the bench to make his debut in the 87th minute and grabbed the equalising goal with his first touch.
Anthony Gerrard had put the hosts in front on 31 minutes as Robert Koren's free-kick was head back across goal by Jack Hobbs and Gerrard applied the finishing touch.
