Eagles manager George Burley is likely to stick with the same team that beat Norwich in midweek for Palace's first away win of the season.

Centre half Calude Davis sits out the second of his four-match ban after his red card against Millwall.

Darren Ambrose (leg), Sean Scannell (knee), Neil Danns (knee) and Lee Hills (knee) are all missing.

Preston midfielder Matty James should make a return to the side after six weeks out with a damaged ankle. Striker Josh King (ankle) is a doubt, while Wayne Brown is sidelined with a hamstring inury.
