Crystal Palace star Edgar Davids returns to the squad after spending time off on compassionate leave after the death of his father.

Darren Ambrose (leg) is still sidelined and on-loan defender Anthony Gardner (ankle) is a doubt, so Claude Davis should keep his place in defence.

Full-backs David Wright (calf) and Lee Hills and winger Sean Scannell (both knee) are all still injured.

Derby left-back Gareth Roberts was injured for the last two matches with calf and ankle problems and hopes to be fit enough to play.

Striker Chris Porter is still missing with a hip problem and defenders Russell Anderson and Jake Buxton have groin injuries.
