Team news

Hayden Mullins should be ok to play despite needing stitches to a cut under his eye after clashing heads against Sheffield United on Saturday.

Darren Powell and Danny Granville both start two-match bans while Aki Riihilahti (thigh) and Jamie Smith (hamstring) will miss out.

Dougie Freedman will be looking to start after playing well after coming on as a sub against Sheffield United.

Watford are likely to rest some key players ahead of their FA Cup semi-final against Southampton on Sunday.

Marcus Gayle (knee ligaments) and Sean Dyche (groin) are ruled out and Heidar Helguson and Allan Nielsen should start.
