Clean sheet for Julian Speroni
Crystal Palace won their first away point of the season with a goalless draw at Cardiff City.
Palace had lost all four of their fixtures on the road this term which was the worst record in all four English divisions, conceding 12 goals and scoring zero.
In a match devoid of many chances, Eagles keeper Julian Speroni made a good save from Chris Burke who was through on goal and Cardiff stopper Tom Heaton kept out OWEN GARVAN's header.
Eagles boss George Burley had to shuffle his pack with injuries to Claude Davis and Neil Danns inside the first 20 minutes.
But the away side looked the better side as Heaton denied Julian Bennett with a tip around the post then saved Counago's header in Palace's best chance.
After the weekend's 5-0 drubbing at Derby, Burley's side will be grateful with a much-needed point.
