Crystal Palace defender Pape Souare has won a recall to the Senegal national side.
Souare has been picked for the first time since breaking his thigh and jaw in an awful car accident in September 2016 that almost ended his career.
The 27-year-old has made a brilliant recovery and played three times off the bench for the Eagles this season as he continues his rehabiltation.
The Lions of Teranga play friendlies against Uzbekistan and Bosnia & Herzegovina this month with Souare looking to impress for this summer's World Cup.
He said: "Delighted to be called up for the national team. It’s been a while since I have been able to represent my country, but I am back now and I cannot wait to get back on the pitch!"
Other Premier League players selected include Everton duo Idrissa Gueye and Oumar Niasse, Cheikh Kouyate of West Ham and Liverpool's Sadio Mane.
