The lovely Grace is our Crystal of the week!

Name: Grace.

Nicknames: Gracey Lou, Gracey Fields, Grace Lillie.

Age: 22.

Occupation: Work in office during the week, I'm a qualified hair dresser and at weekends I dance in clubs.

Hometown: Horsham.

Years on the team: Three seasons.

What have you enjoyed most about being a Crystal so far? It's been nice because the weather hasn't been so cold. The fans are great – like every season – and it's nice to meet the little kids.

What's the funniest thing that's happened? I walked on the pitch, lost my footing and almost fell over – but it was close!

What is something that you can't help but spend money on? Food. I buy too many takeaways and I often buy snacks while in the petrol station.

What do you keep in the boot of your car? My pom poms because I've forgotten them a few times.

Something you can't live without? My phone. It's like my baby – I use it for everything.

What do you do for fun outside of cheerleading? Us girls have nights out. When we're not training, I like to chill out at home because I work so much.

What is a habit that you wish to break? Spending money on unnecessary things.

What three items would you take with you on a deserted island? Headphones, my phone and tanning oil to get a good tan.

If the zombie apocalypse happened tomorrow, which three Crystals would you want fight next to you and why? Stacey because she is crazy and would kill them, Kim Fletcher because she would keep everyone calm and Georgia because she is quite cheeky and would tease them.

What is the last thing you do before you go to bed? Check my phone, set an alarm, brush my teeth.

What actress would play you in your life story? Reese Witherspoon because she reminds me of me in films like Legally Blonde.
