Yannick Bolasie says Crystal Palace are trying to emulate Barcelona.
Manager Ian Holloway looks up the Catalan giants for their attractive brand of football and wants to make Palace a successful flair side.
Palace may not quite be at Barca's level, but they have scored 60 goals in the league this season and have their own skilful players like Bolasie, Jon Williams, Andre Moritz and Wilfried Zaha in the side.
Bolasie said: "He's got his own structure. He loves the way Barca play - that’s how he wants Palace to play. It's starting to come off. You can see that against Bristol City how some of that stuff is coming off. Our shirts are the same colour.
"It’s looking good. The longer we go the better we’re going to get. I’m looking forward to the run-in at the end of the season to see where we are because I can only say we are getting stronger.
"That's what the Championship brings, anything can happen in this league. It's all about being consistent. Hopefully can do that, we've started another run and hopefully it can carry on."
Bolasie is delighted that fellow wing man Zaha has been loaned back to the Eagles for the rest of the season after sealing a £15million transfer to Manchester United.
And he feels that Zaha will be even more dangerous to opposing defenders now that the deal has been completed.
Bolasie added: "The players love the fact that Wilfried Zaha is staying until the end of the season. It’s a big plus.
"The club, and the manager, have done the right thing by selling him and then getting him back. His head is clear. He’s not thinking about it too much and he is now more relaxed.
"We will see much more of Zaha towards the end of the season. He’ll be firing like he was at the start of the season.
"He’s a grounded lad. I’m just happy that he’s moved on. He deserved it because he’s been doing well for the last couple of years."
