Crystal Palace striker Calvin Andrew has been recalled from his loan at Millwall.

Andrew, 23, went across South London to Palace's rivals to gain valuable match time and played three games for the Lions.

But with Everton forward James Vaughan ending his loan stint with the Eagles, manager George Burley decided to bring Andrew back.

"Calvin will be back with us on either Wednesday or Thursday," said Burley. "He’s had some game time in the Championship and that will do him some good. I’m sure the last month will have helped him."

Andrew played in Millwall's win over Middlesbrough, a draw with Preston and victory against Scunthorpe.
