Edgar Davids has taken a huge leap towards signing for Crystal Palace by taking part in their training session this morning.
Davids, 37, revealed on his twitter page this morning that he was travelling to the Beckenham training ground to discuss a potential deal.
The former Ajax, AC Milan, and Barcelona star, who has a property in London, is keen on signing a pay as you play deal with the club.
Midfielder Neil Danns expressed his delighted at having such a high profile potential team mate when he wrote on his twitter page: "My team mate in a couple of hours, what a legend he is, I'm gonna study him I'm sure there is still so much I can learn", before adding "Woooooooooooow edgar davids".
