Crystal Palace have completed the signing of goalkeeper Lewis Price.
The 26-year-old put pen-to-paper on his birthday (19th July) and will fill the role of number two keeper behind Julian Speroni.
"Lewis has agreed everything and he is going to be number two keeper," confirmed manager George Burley after Saturday's friendly defeat to Chelsea.
"He just has to put pen to paper which he will do on Monday so that is another piece of the jigsaw."
The Bournemouth born shot stopper started his career as a trainee at Ipswich before moving on to Derby in 2007.
He had three loan spells whilst at the Rams, playing for MK Dons, Luton and most recently Brentford.
Meanwhile Calvin Andrew has also signed a new contract having been out of contract since the end of last season.
