Selhurst Park, Tuesday 7.45pm
Right-back Danny Butterfield may keep his role in attack after impressing in the 2-0 win over Peterborough on Saturday. Lee Hills is cup-tied after turning out for Oldham on loan, but Johannes Ertl is poised to return from a hamstring injury.
Wolves winger Geoffrey Mujangi Bia - on loan from Charleroi - replaces Matt Jarvis who has a calf problem. Recent loan signing Adlene Guedioura is ineligible as he was not signed before the first tie. Striker Kevin Doyle (calf and Achilles) faces a late fitness test.
Mick McCarthy
"Neil Warnock will be all right. Talk about resilience and toughness, I think he has shown all of that.
"It is a difficult position for him but Neil is the master of getting the best out of his team. He is one of the good ones.
"He will relish and will use it to motivate his team and use this 'all the world's against them' to get them fighting against us.
"They will be like a wounded animal, without any doubt. They had a good win at the weekend when their problems didn't seem to bother them.
"Being seen as the underdog and having a lot of problems just makes you fight harder. It worries me as they will be fighting for everything.
"I think it will make them all the more determined to keep on winning so I don't look at it as being any easier because of their problems and the plight they are in because they will be scrapping.
"We have to make sure that we really do concentrate on this game first before thinking about Villa because it is going to be a really difficult game to get through. Let's not look beyond this game."
"I think all season we have done a lot better than most people have expected us to. Obviously to get past Wolves in the replay won't be easy. They are a good side, but I felt that we were just as good if not a bit better in that first game.
"If we do get through then Aston Villa will be tough as well. They are one of the best sides left in the competition and that's the kind of game that you want to be playing.
"I've got to the semi finals of the FA Cup before and it is a fantastic experience to get that far. That's what we all want to do and that's what we will be aiming to do."
