Coventry striker Clinton Morrison has vowed not to celebrate if he scores against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Morrison quit the Eagles for the Ricoh Arena in the summer after being told he no longer featured in manager Neil Warnock's plans.
After coming up through the ranks at Palace, where he played 316 times and scored 113 goals in two spells, the goalpoacher has fond memories of his time in South London.
And the Tooting-born ace says won't wind up the Palace fans should he find the back of the net against his old club.
Morrison told the South London Press: "I definitely won’t celebrate if I score on Saturday - and that is 150 per cent certain. As much as I get excited and do feel like running off and doing it, Palace is my club.
"I’ll be trying my hardest to score but I have too much respect for the fans - I would never celebrate and rub it in their faces."
