Pontin's Holidays League
Crystal Palace's reserves crashed to a 3-1 reverse at the hands of Wycombe Wanderers.
Eagles ace Nathan Ashton - who is on loan from Fulham - tested Wycombe keeper James Reading with an early effort, but it was the hosts who took the lead after 29 minutes.
Matty Phillips surged down the right and crossed for Derek Duncan to score past Palace keeper Steven Arnold.
The advantage was increased 11 minutes later from the penalty spot after Tom Cadmore was fouled in the box and Robbie Rice converted the kick.
Seconds later, Rice added another to make it 3-0 but Palace hit back with chances through Ashley-Paul Robinson and Lewwis Spence.
Then the young Palace side grabbed a consolation in the 77th minute through man-of-the-match Ashton, who made a probing run down the left before firing home.
Palace: Arnold, Fray, Wiggins, Spence, Swaibu, Edwards, Djilali, Bostock, Kudjodji, Robinson, Ashton.
Subs: Cadogan, Thorp, Adelukan, Clyne, Howe.
