Simon Jordan has rejected a bid by Birmingham City for Andrew Johnson.
Johnson's former club Birmingham City offered £3 million plus two unnamed players for the England striker.
The forward signed a new five year contract in August and commited his future to Palace.
Birmingham owner David Sullivan said: "We have been told that Andrew Johnson is not for sale.
"Their view is they're going for promotion and wouldn't look at selling him until the summer at least, assuming they didn't make it."
Jordan has already rejected a £5.5m bid for Johnson from West Ham in December.
