A late strike from Wayne Andrews gave the reserves a 1-1 draw against West Ham at Selhurst Park.
Palace had the better of the first half exchanges as Ryan Hall, Neil Shipperley, Tom Welch and Andrews all went close.
The Hammers' only effort on target from David Cowley was comfortably saved by keeper Julian Speroni.
In the second period, West Ham stopper Dusan Kuciak made good saves to deny Shipperley and Andrews.
But the visitors took the lead on the hour mark through Sergei Rebrov, who fired home a free-kick on the edge of the box.
Andrews had two good opportunities to pull at least a goal back for the Eagles, before netting a deserved equaliser on 83 minutes.
Hall went on a good run down the right, crossed to Shipperley who nodded down to Andrews and he blasted home from 12 yards.
Palace: Speroni, Fray, Wilson, Martin, Wiggins; Andrews, Welch, Danze, R Hall, Ventola (Berry 64), Shipperley.
Subs not used: Banks, Starkey, Spence, Watanabe.
