Oldham Athletic keeper Les Pogliacomi has turned down a move to join Crystal Palace.
The official Oldham website says Pogliacomi, who is the Latics' player of the year, has turned down a chance to join former boss Iain Dowie at Palace.
The Australian has been offered a new contract by Oldham's owners and has decided to stay at Boundary Park.
Meanwhile midfielder Paul Murray has yet to make up his mind about joining the Eagles.
He said: "Just because I spoke to Palace, that doesn't mean I will sign for them next week, next month or whenever.
"I can see myself having a future with Oldham Athletic as much as I can see a future anywhere else. I'm not sure at the moment."
