Steve Kember has been sacked as Crystal Palace manager.
Simon Jordan has had enough of the dismal run which has placed Palace in 20th position in Division One.
The last straw was the 5-0 drubbing by Wigan on Saturday.
Kember's team have only won four out of 16 league games this season.
Simon Jordan said: "Despite today's events I would like to thank both Steve and Terry for their efforts over the past three years and wish them the very best in the future."
Jordan also confirmed that Kit Symons would be taking over as temporary manager.
