Trevor Francis has left Crystal Palace by "mutual consent" as Steve Kember and Terry Bullivant are taking over for the rest of the season.
On the official Crystal Palace website chairman Simon Jordan said: "I am totally committed to playing in the Premier League and I will ensure the new manager can achieve this aspiration.
"I would like to thank Trevor for all his hard work and would like to wish him the very best for the future."
Steve Kember and Terry Bullivant will be in charge of the first team for the rest of the season starting with the home game against Rotherham on Saturday.
