The Daily Mail reports that Birmingham are set to come to an agreement with Palace to sign Clinton Morrison within the next 24 hours.
Apparantly, the deal rests on who Trevor Francis gets in exchange from St Andrews.
Jordan this week said that Morrison is not for sale and is unlikely to sell his best player to Birmingham and Steve Bruce.
Morrison himself said he was happy to stay at Palace and is looking to score 30 goals in the First Division next season.
Palace are reportedly after Wimbledon forward Patrick Agyemang as Morrison’s replacement for £1.5m with Trond Andersen coming in the deal.
