Clinton Morrison has again stated that he is happy at Palace and is willing to stay at Selhurst Park.
After it was known that Ade Akinbiyi will not be fit for the start of the new season, Morrison is aware that Trevor Francis may bring in another striker.
Morrison said: "I think the manager is after another striker and that would give us good competition."
Commenting on the increasing speculation that he may leave Selhurst Park, he added: "It's a nice feeling to have clubs sniffing around me and obviously my ambition is to play in the Premiership.
"My agent has been talking to a few clubs, but I have two years left on my contract at Palace."
