On Grant Saunders FB site 'the eagle has landed' a member posted that after purchasing items from the club shop today, despite scanning her QR code she didn't get her points.

The shop staff didn't have a clue as to why not, but, after going to the Box Office section, a female(is that allowed) member of staff got her points added to her account. She was also told that they had no idea when(if) it would be sorted.

so, just a heads up if/when you go to the shop to purchase anything, no idea if it's the same when buying online.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.
