Looks like hes getting the nations league audition against Finland, Ireland and Greece Judging by his 21's team and euros 21 win playing forward thinking, attacking football, and he knows the set up, I think its an good choice although I know a lot of people will be unhappy or call it Southgate 2. Speaking as Baldie, Im interested to cheer on a fellow Baldie

Agreed I thinks it isnt unecessary even more so as we got relegated - world cup qualification starts in March. Could just give the players a week off as they are always moaning about the amount of games

All that will happen is a half full Aviva (Lansdowne to you). I wouldn't be entirely sure if England will play at Wembley. One thing for sure - it won't be at Selhurst until next season. When we have the new stand.
