Just thinking every ten years the season numbers repeat ... we're going into 2024/25 ... going back 64/65 was our first season back in the second tier for 40 years, 74/75 was our first year back in the 3rd for 10 years, 84/85 was Coppell's first season - Droy, Cannon and Wood keeping us up, 94/95 was relegation from the prem and the bust up between Smith and Noades, 04/05 was a season back in the prem under Dowie disaster at the Valley, 14/15 was the return of Pardew via Warnock after Pulis b*ggered off.

It's a pathetic question but do you have favorite season numbers e.g. 8/9s are good three promotions in a row (69.79.89) but meagre offerings since ('99 Venables return - admin, '09 more admin, and '19 stability under Hodgson)?

Spurs used to win trophies when the year ended in one - we seem to do better when the year ands with a 9 or a 0, just wondering if this might prompt a few recolllections, 4/5s seem always to be interesting seasons for us, good or bad!
