Definitely Glasner and his team.I think Wharton and Munoz have been massive too. Wharton almost controls the whole game on his own, it's unreal to watch.
Obviously having Olise and Eze actually attacking rather than defending like Hodgson had them doing has helped too and thats all down to Glasner. Best times since promotion, just waiting for something to go tits up now.

As great as the run was under Roy at the end of last season I think we are a different beast under Glasner. Obviously having your best players available helps, but it feels different under OG. We are aggressive, are playing on the front foot, and are not easy to read, plus the players aren't knackered by 75 minutes. Roy looked to build a solid base for the stars to shine, OG seems to want the whole team to shine. How many people saw Mateta potentially getting a call-up to France under Roy?

Glasner has been the main catalyst although Eze and Olise have also played significant roles.

I'm not sure the comparison to the end of last season under Hodgson bears close scrutiny.

We have played better teams than the tail end of last season (bear in mind many thought we'd struggle to hit 35 points with Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle to face).
We have also dominated games and thoroughly merited the results.
Last season we relied on a last minute Mateta winner to beat a poor Leicester team and the comfortable win at eventually relegated Leeds was not comfortable at half time when we looked on our way to losing.

I didn't think this system under Glasner would work with the players at Glasner's disposal and he has more than exceeded expectations.
He talks confidently of trying to win every game, but not in an arrogant way, and is a refreshing contrast to Hodgson who used to talk of every opponent as if they were Real Madrid.

The manager's impact on the players was most noticeable when Olise went straight to Glasner after scoring his second against Man U because Glasner had apparently told him to try shooting near post as well as far when he cuts in. That's good coaching and I think we can see the results of better coaching and fitness levels throughout the team.

I have a mate who used to be a pro footballer and he says it's incredible how he didn't receive any actual coaching under some managers, such as making space for himself and timing runs. Pro footballers are without exception talented at what they do, but like all of us we can improve aspects of what we do at any time. Some egos in the game will prevent some coaches from trying, but it looks like we've got that handy combination at the moment of a group that are willing to listen and learn.

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.
