A lot of other countries have one, but our wonderful civil service want to block it. I wonder if that is to avoid stigmatising certain groups, or just to hide the inconvenient truth. The population needs to see the truth in black and white. We have a right to know.

you can be certain it will not be much Japanese criminality. That we can be confident of. Nor German. Countries with clean public-toilets tend to have low criminality.

The answer is quite simple. Stop being so generous with the benefits system. Why do they pass through France and whilst there live in make shift tent camps?* Because the French make it as difficult as possible to claim asylum and benefits ergo they come to the UK. The politicians simply do not have the guts to say sorry we will not provide housing or tax payers money. If they did this problem will go away. *If we had camps like they do in France there would be an uproar from the left about human rights. Odd that they French politicians and public don't give a damn about these people sleeping rough and they are supposed to be a socialist country.
