Enjoying a great '14th placed' Palace? Looking like if we have a great preseason we'll finish top six? My prediction: look forward to another 'do nothing' preseason from Parish & Co. We'll probably lose a whole bunch of stars for BIG MONEY for Parish, then we will wait, and wait, and wait, all season in the transfer window for something to happen, and I predict that IT WON'T. If Parish thinks he can survive another season without spending I believe he will, based on the last 11 years. Remember the last few games of last season? I hope I'm proved wrong, but I'm saying this in advance of it happening. As I write it's 2-0 against UTD - half time.

Clearly we need to keep our star players. The team looks completely different without Olise and Eze. Why would either want to join a so called big club after the last few games. We need the first 11 to remain fit. Injuries hit us hard earlier in the season. The more injury prone guys need to be protected and game managed better than RH did. And hope Big Doug can keep sourcing gems like Wharton, Munoz et al. Let’s just bask in the last few results, enjoy a few games with safety well and truly wrapped up. And worry about next season then. A solid top half finish would represent progress on the field. A new main stand signed off would be progress off the pitch.

Nevermind us playing well with a great team and manager assembled on a budget... beating some of th best teams in the world whilst having players come back from injuries. Let's make sure we're all miserable after we decimate Manure. WhT a bundle of joy you are.

It may not last long, but let us just enjoy this for a while. You may be proved correct (I hope not) but lets just enjoy the moment.

Well Im a pretty level headed sort of guy with regard Palace . Ive been going to Selhurst for too many years to get too excited about half a dozen good performances any more than I got too down when we were relegated The thing is we have been starved of success for too long that we just accepted the minimum ,the 15th-17th place was seen as good enough . It wasn't , this side and the way they are performing is it . This is Palace , the football team we have always wanted ,its where we should have always been . COYP
