After the window for season ticket holders to renew their season tickets has closed (which is on Friday 26th April), there is a window for season ticket holders to move their seats before season tickets go on sale to people on the season ticket waiting list on 9th May.

So I think the way for you to achieve what you want is to renew your season tickets and then move your Lower Holmesdale season ticket to the Upper Holmesdale in the window (paying any difference in price between the two seats if there is one).

Looking at the benefits of the Season Ticket + , one of the benefits is a priority window to move your seat so, in order to get the best choice of seat to move to, you could upgrade your LH season ticket to a Season Ticket +. It depends if a better choice of seat to move to and the other benefits of a Season Ticket + are worth £50 to you.

That would hopefully mean you could move your LH seat to a seat reasonably close to your two UH seats. Or you could upgrade all three of your current season tickets to Season Ticket + tickets on the chance there are three vacant seats together in the Upper Holmesdale and move all three seats but obviously that would be more expensive and there may not be three seats that you like better than the two UH seats you have at the moment.

Has anyone moved their seat before?

I was hoping to do this online during the window, but received an email today telling me to either call the box office or go to the box office in person from 10am tomorrow.

Is there an online option for this phase?

Just guessing here - I would imagine that if you log onto the website this morning circa 10,am you will probably see those seats that are available to be "moved into" if you see one that you like / is better than the one that you have , then you need to call the box office with the details of your existing seat & the one(s) that you are interested in moving into -

I will give it a go later (more out of interest than anything else) just to see whats available but I have a meeting at 10.00 so I wont get a chance to see anything until around midday- -

There's no way to do it online - I received a reply by email to confirm that.

I've been on hold to the box office since 10.15am after 15mins of an engaged tone. Apparently my position in the queue is now 10 so I'm getting somewhere but no idea of what is available.

I added a mate to the season ticket waiting list at the beginning of this season, got an email couple days ago telling me that I could call the box office between 2pm Wed afternoon & 10 am Thursday morning - Called Thursday morning, waited about an hour in the phone queue & managed to get a seat for him in the main stand very close to mine, so a real result.

Quite frankly I wasnt expecting to be offered anything decent as the original email said something like, very few seats remain mainly only available in the AW -
