1. Best fans in English football - period.
2. Worst owners and manager in the EPL - period.
3. Worst luck with injuries? BS! The player's fitness is not being managed correctly, they are being over-extended from a combination of lack of squad support from the owners and lack of competence from Roy and they're getting regularly injured because of THAT - period.
4. Who is really spoilt here? Think and answer honestly to yourselves: Parish, other owners, Roy? The renowned Palace fans. You decide.
5. Looking at our squad and its growth from last season and our up-and-coming academy players, is it reasonable that Roy can only field the line-up he did against Brighton?
6. Was that game against our rivals competitive at any stage, and did the travelling fans there feel SPOILT?
7. Is anything diffent going to happen at Chelsea, with our supposedly BEST players, Hughes, Schlupp and (Heaven forbid) Ward starting to frighten the knickers off Chelsea? And can we reasonably expect another DEFEAT?

It's time the fans stopped cheering this sh1tshow and were given something to cheer for, like, not necessarily a win, but a competitive game against Chelsea. But I doubt it will happen. Over to you Roy.

Palace fans are not spoilt, nor are the stupid, it any 11 show 100% effort with some attacking intent then they back the manager and players 100%, if they carry on with the defensive, half hearted performance of lately, then though will get slaughtered, and so they should, Roy is becoming an embarrassment and Parish, who i have always backed, isn't far behind

Amongst the cheapest season tickets in the premier league, and wee get to watch some great football played against, I am truly grateful for this.

The only fans that are really spoilt in the PL are those of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, and Man City (albeit only since their takeover). I suppose you can throw Spurs in there too.

Their fans only ever have to worry about whether they are going to win something. There is never any fear of relegation. They live on a different sphere to supporters of every other English club and each week rub shoulders with thousands of tourists and receive hundreds of hours of discussion and analysis in the media.

Anyone who has ever stepped foot in our stadium would struggle to say we are spoilt. Anyone who has watched us in most of our current tenure in the PL would struggle to say we are spoilt. Had you asked me 11/12 years ago when I was sat in a half-empty stadium in freezing conditions watching us lose 0-1 to Stoke while a guy screamed c**t at every opportunity, had you asked me then whether I would feel spoilt to have over a decade in the PL, then yes, maybe then.

We have some of the best owners in the League.

Spoilt fans? We clearly have some deluded fans. Your OP is sufficient proof of that.

There will be any number fans of clubs in the Championship, and Leagues 1 and 2, who will be envious of our 11 seasons in the PL.

we have had unrivalled success recently compared to the majority clubs in the league, and I suspect supporters of those less successful clubs would be raising eyebrows at us moaning about our plight.

But it is human nature to begin to take for granted something that becomes commonplace, and to start to want more.If you had been short of food for a long time and were then suddenly provided with an inexhaustible supply of bangers and mash you'd be grateful for a time. However, the novelty would surely off after a while leaving you craving for something different. As Palace fans we have had that bangers and mash for 11 years and understandably would like have something more appetising to consume.

So, possibly, we have been spoilt, but that shouldn't debar us from wanting to see improvements and progress, whilst at the same time appreciating our achievement in staying in the PL for over a decade.

I don't see banners, confronting players, dis-respecting the owner, constant Manager must go, at any of the other teams around or below us.

So it is sticking with me, just hope people realise it and get their act together.

This to me is the nub of it.
If the manager and team give it 100% and don't tamely accept narrow defeats in such a negative and timid fashion as we have observed this season, then the fans will be right behind them.
There was practically an ovation after the home defeat v Liverpool, because the fans knew what the team had put in despite the defeat.
Furthermore, is it too much to expect to see some evidence of the coaching which has supposedly taken place durung the week?
Arsenal has just now scored from 2 corners in 45 mins which is two more than we've achieved in over 100 attempts.

No, I keep hearing how we should be grateful for our 11 seasons in the Premier league, why ? You've got the big 6 and then you have Everton, Newcastle, villa, West ham and Leeds In a group of their own. After that you have about 30 clubs relatively similar in size. Yeah it's great we're in the top 10 of them 30 clubs but it's not really that surprising or anything worth celebrating. Whenever we've been in the 2nd division we've always been competitive financially, a fan base that reflects our league position.

Q? HOLers, are the quotes by Roy this week(bbc/social media) & the video the club put out, a PR stunt by the club to placacate the fans & attempt to get them on board for tomorrow night?

Just an observation.
