Ipswich Town 1 Maidstone united 2

FA cup match, but if you watched any of the match, you'll see Maidstone were under pressure for most of the game, but for 2 sublime moments of skill from their forwards.

Hoping they get a big team for the next round

I disengage, I turn the page.

Indeed Ipswich should have been at least 3.0 up & cruising within the first 20 minutes - but fair play to Maidstone they hung in there & battled hard for the win.

Cracking game. Ipswich had 78% possession, 38 shots, 13 on target whereas Maidstone had 22%, 2 shots & 2 on target. 'Magic of the cup'

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Good luck to them in getting a big one in the next round . It really was a great effort blessed with a little luck and to their credit a bit of great finishing

Jolly well done to Maidstone Utd.
They defeated high-flying Stevenage in the previous round.

The wonder of the Cup. Two exceptional goals won it for Maidstone and Ipswich will be ruing their missed chances. Love it!

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

I’ve been to their ground a few times as I live near there, hopefully they’ll get a home draw as they’ve got an artificial surface which the big boys might not fancy.

Good luck to them, they’ve come along way since they reformed and were sharing with my local team Sittingbourne FC in front of a few hundred people

Cov or sheff weds away.
40k or 33k crowd. What’s not to love about the cup.
I might sneak a ticket as my lads mate is related to the chairman.
Cmon you stones

Be good if people could vote for them for the goal of the round.

[Link]

Brighton fans are voting in numbers when their goal shouldn't even be in the top three.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Got my vote topcat (twice)!

A vote for a local-ish team for me, and one to stop BHA, wins all round. Currently at 28% for Maidstone and 35% for BHA.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!
