An interesting article about Malachi Boateng's progress at Dundee where he seems to be doing well, but in the interview with him in the Dundee Courier he says that Mark Bright is the Loans Manager, haven't heard that before

I've heard him talking about being responsible for keeping tabs on the progress of our lads that are out on loan during commentary of U21 games (on Palace TV) admittedly it came across as kind of a relaxed, "I do it because I want to" kind of comment rather than it being an official responsibility with a job title before.

I did question what Bright did at the club a while back seeing as he did nothing obvious and someone did reply that he was part of the team that looked after the welfare of the kids . Both out on loan and those who had been released .

As for the Development piece, I really have no clue - I would assume in that role he reports into Dougie Freedman.
