"2 points from the 3 bests sides" . . . Really? Lost to Arsenal @ Home. Lost to L'pool @ home. Lost to Villa away. I know he was talking about L'pool/Citeh/brighton. As for Chelsea, i also believe we will get a 1-1 draw, Roy will play his normal favourites & we will keep it compact, tight, & boring, till the 2nd half, where we keep it compact, tight & boring.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

I am hoping that the recent improvements will continue and that Roy will keep the solidity with the 2 rows of four that have done so well for us recently. Do we need to attack or just frustrate them so that we will have more openings. I do not see Chelsea losing but I do see us coming away with at least one point.
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

Can see another 1-1. Like us, Chelsea’s home form (14th) is worse than their away form (6th). We are 9th in away form 20th at home (really).

Chelsea have beaten us for the last God knows how many times, so I don't see anything changing there. We always give teams a boost that are struggling, so Chelsea win.

We usually lose to Chelsea. Truthfully, we need to be more concerned with the home games coming up that we should be winning.

As our away form is far superior than our home form (12 points v 6) I'm going to optimistically go for a 1-1 draw.

I hope I'm wrong but can't see us even getting close in this one. It's worrying that all the teams below us are getting better and we seem to be getting worse!
