Id rather have Popovic who is doing well with Melbourne Victory down under.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Bring him back as a player, I say. He wasn’t creative and couldn’t pass accurately, but he was an inspirational captain and midfield general. It didn’t matter too much that he gave the ball away because he invariably won it back. What a shame, too, that we didn’t try harder to hang on to Connor Gallagher - a tough-tackling, box-to-box energy grenade. I have been so disappointed by the likes of Hughes, Riedewald and often Eze - none of whom seems capable of tackling. They just seem to hang out an ankle and hope for the best. They’re not battlers. The big exception is Ayew who is always in the thick of the action. He tracks back, he tracks forward and he tracks sideways - and he is capable of crunching tackles. He always battles for the team. We shall sorely miss him when he is away on Africa Cup duties.

f*** it, let's get Jo Brand and Eddie Izzard in as managers. They have a loose connection to the team somehow too, don't they?

Is that relevant? Affirmative. There WOULD be some disquiet should we appoint a man with no managerial experience whatsoever to take up the reins in the PL.

The relevance of any managerial experience to ridiculous suggestions for someone to manage the team, doesn’t come into some people’s thinking, just he played for us once!
