Our poor form continues, with unfortunate injuries, lack of cover and spending appropriately in transfer windows,in our seemingly race to join relegation contenders.
Far from confident that we will manage even a point in this game and a likely 3-1 loss is a possibility.

It seems nailed on that we’ll concede from a set piece.
Ward Prowse ia at the top of the charts for assists and West Ham are very aggressive at set pieces with some very good headers of the ball.
On the plus side Antonio , who has caused our defenders a few problems in the past , is unlikely to be fit.
I think they’re also playing on Thursday which may have a negative impact on them.
I think the best we can hope for is 1-1 as I can’t see where our goals would come from.

It seems strange doesn’t it? Considering we’ve got two of the best cb’s around, we’re not actually that good at good old fashioned defending sometimes

The spammers can still be a bit flakey at times, so despite everything I fancy a 1-1 draw with Edouard staying onside and not using his hand to score for us

I am far from confident that we will gain any points whatsoever and I have in mind a scoreline of W.Ham 3 CPFC 1 with much wailing and lamentation on HOL.

I'd take a 0-0 all day long if it was on the table. If there was any stopping of the rot right now it would be most welcome.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

same old dilemma, to win we have to score, therefore 0-0 is our best chance but sadly that means defending high balls in to the box, which we have some difficulty doing !

Thankfully they're away in Europe this week so that should help us, I think we will nick a win there but would be happy with a draw.

We have had a lot of bad luck and bad decisions lately and with the missing important players missing it looks bad but I believe a 1-1 or even a 2-1 win. Believe.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

On paper we should 100% be losing this one.

Which means we'll likely get something from it. such is the life of a mid table team
