Is it just me, or is that lower Sydenham Sainsbury’s, commonly known as the ‘Savacentre’? Also the place where a younger version of myself saw Damien Delaney looking at chow mein sauces, nodded at him (he did nod back) and my then girlfriend thought I was taking the p!ss when she asked ‘Do you know him?’ And I responded ‘No, he plays for Palace’. For anyone not aware, it’s around the corner from Copers Cope (our training ground).
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Dislike everything about Sainsburys. Own by a Tory Peer, Lord Sainsburys. If you regularly shop at Sainsbury's, I would suggest you raise your game and try Waitrose and M&S. And actually, Tesco and Aldi and Lidl are also better options. Edited by Forest Hillbilly (09 Nov 2023 6.16am)

Last week was 25% discount if you buy six or more bottles of wine but they increased all of the prices first. A few months ago they introduced special discounts on certain products for Nectar card users but again increased the prices first. I am awaiting their annual results with great interest to see how well they have done in recent months

At their Penge store they force you to use the self service tills but you are locked in you have to scan your sales ticket to leave so they are treating you like criminals. I hate all supermarkets but I think Sainsbury's is top of my list.

Talking of supermarkets, anyone know where I can get some white pudding when I am over for the Everton game?
