So I have a been a Palace fan since 1969. We all know our history with its Highs and its lows. After 11 seasons in the prem what do you consider to be good season ? For me its staying in the prem and cup run. As staying in the prem for our Club, with a ground size as small as it, is we are fighting above our weight. But what about you, what's par for you?

More goals scored than conceded, so, a positive goal difference.

To stay up To flirt with a hop half finish every couple of years To have a decent cup run every couple of years To be a team that embraces street ballers (Wilf, Bolasie, Eze etc) A team that gives a chance to the kids

The day were owned by foreign billionaires, have foreigners turning up to our ground with selfie sticks where regular fans can’t get a ticket and spend billions on players to sometimes go backwards will be a very, very sad one for me. I’m quite happy being owned by a fan, even with our stadium as is, staying in the prem and occasionally sticking two fingers up at the corporate clubs at the top of the now money dictated pile. As others mentioned, having ‘ballers’ in the team, cautiously investing in youth and not completely selling out to foreign ‘investors’ (though we may have to continually flirt for funding) is fine by me. Give back to the community and give us something to cheer and dream about occasionally. All very demanding but that’s still the dream for me. Been living it for a while now though that doesn’t prohibit me from a moan when appropriate
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

The paucity of the ambition in the above posts ( not a criticism) is why the Premier League model will not ultimately be sustainable.
