Anyone else having problems with accessing their ticket when purchasing on the resale? I bought a ticket on resale for the Arsenal game on Tuesday, was emailed to say my ticket would be sent to me no later than 48 hours after purchase and still haven't received anything? Been on hold to the box office for nearly an hour now as well.

Any advice or anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Had the same problem for Monday's Arsenal game. Bought a friends spare ticket next to my ST seat on 6 August but didn't get the 'ticket email' within 48 hours as advised.

Called up Box Office this morning (22 min holding time) and they sent me an email within 2 minutes with the ticket download link. All sorted.

As usual once you get through to the Box Office they are pleasant and get things done. She said they've had a few niggles due to start of season but should be better in forthcoming matches.

You can also go the Ticket Office in person on Monday evening before the game but she advises allowing plenty of time to queue.

Hi. Aston Villa Away digital E-tickets, can they be transferred to family members? Anyone tried this please? Can they then access the ticket from a fwd email or a screen shot of the QR code.

A couple of seasons ago I received two plastic tickets. Not surprisingly, they were both for the same seat, but a friend could have got access to the ground and looked around for an empty seat (or sat on my lap, if female).
