Anti personnel mines could work and we must have moth balled loads since Diana complained. Win win.
Or road kill - funnel them onto roads and run them down. Bull bars compulsory. Restaurants rubbing their hands with glee.
Obvious solutions.

If properly marked (big signs would do - deer are poor readers) mines would be less of a problem to picnicking families than having a pack of wolves descending on them.

You're relying on said people being able to read.

There would also be pictures and a recording of James Earl Jones saying "Beware. There are landmines". But in pig Latin "ewarebay erethey are andlay inesmay" in case the deer work it out.

Don't forget the Pigeon and the Arabic too. The Scottish government will provide translators anyway but down in olde England perhaps just text speech will suffice - street text speech and emojis. Perhaps a drill video, plus a BBC instructional guide, Braille and a bit of Esperanto.
Don't forget - Without the EU who will fund this? Another theoretical huge failure for Brexit. Boris' fault anyway - he was always encouraging deer fornication. f***ing Tories. Another mess Labour will have to sort. Abbott can count the deer. 40 million thousand hundred just in Slough alone.

Hmmm...maybe it's easier to just impose an antler tax and start asking these freeloading ungulates to pay their way.

So they can load up on duty frees? Tricky, the channel is pretty crowded without thousands of deer cluttering it up and spraying musk everywhere.

So if a female deer was killed it would be dead as a doe doe.

Sorry, wrong thread.

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

I was offered 8 legs of venison for fifty quid in a pub in South Norwood once.

I said it was too dear.
