Apologies if this has been covered - but he was absent for the last couple of games of the season and yet to play in a friendly (knowing me, Im wrong about this). Can anyone provide an update on his situation - there always seems to be someone who knows someone :-)

I was also wondering this. I think a family reason was given at the end of last season. Thought I saw him appear in one of the presesson training videos. All the best to him if there are some personal matters off the field.

Hopefully, his current absence is not related to this and is just a minor muscle injury, which is quite common in pre season.
