Fantasy Premier League is back for the new season and is now ready to accept entries for the 2023/24 campaign! Any interested HOL members are welcome to join the Holmesdaleship head-to-head league using the code below.

As usual, a maximum of 20 people will be able to enter the league with each person’s FPL team playing a head-to-head match against another every week. The results will be determined by the FPL Gameweek points scored by the actual players selected, with points for wins and draws being awarded accordingly just as they would in the Premier League itself.

The league will operate on a round robin basis throughout the whole of the 2023/24 Premier League season, which is due to kick-off on Saturday, 12 August 2023. No knockout rounds will be involved.

All of the FPL rules, including full details on how points are scored by each player, can be found on the official Fantasy Premier League website via the above link.

Entry is as always FREE of charge, and although there will not be any prize money at stake there will still be bragging rights to be won. There will also be three points up for grabs every week, so you will always have at least something to play for from the start of the season right to the very end.

Whether you have played before or are thinking about giving it a go for the first time, it would be fantastic to have you on board. While any HOL members are welcome to join though, please keep in mind that places are limited to only 20, so be sure to enter your team as soon as you can to avoid missing out.

Also, please note that as this site is primarily for supporters of Crystal Palace FC, and particularly as places are very limited, this league is solely for HOL members who are Palace fans. FPL however is for everyone to enjoy, so no matter which club you support I would still encourage you to join one of the many alternative leagues available on the FPL site.

Brilliant, welcome back antman!

The league name will remain the same as usual, only updated to include '2023/24'. It just doesn't seem to been authorised yet for some reason, so I might drop an email to FPL Support to see what the issue is. There's nothing offensive about the name though and I've been using it for years, so I don't foresee any problems. I'm sure it will be back to normal soon.

Apologies to Clyne of Duty FC, No zaha no cry and cpfc, whose entries were not received until after the limit of 20 had been reached. As in previous years though, I have created a second league for an unlimited number of people that you are all welcome to join using the code below.

Once again, it will be a head-to-head league but with the top eight teams at Gameweek 35 entering a knockout phase, culminating in a final in Gamweek 38.

As usual, the league is open to any HOL members who are Palace fans. It will close at 18:00 BST on Friday, 11 August 2023.

Head-to-head format, with the top eight at the end of GW35 qualifying for the knockout phase. The two remaining teams left after GW36 and GW37 will contest the final in GW38.
