Anyone else having problems? I have tried to add son to friends and family but it’s not recognising his details. Website keeps claiming. I may be a bot!, I pass the “bit” test but still unsuccessful. Does this mean site does not like my broadband? If so how the hell will I be able to use the site?

Annoyingly the old’ details have not been retained. So I’ve got to contact the F&F I had links to previously to get their membership details.

Don'tyou just yearn for the days when, at 1pm Saturday afternoon, you'd say to some mates, 'Fancy going up the Palace?', and you'd turn up at the turnstile at 2.30, pay your five bob, and simply walk in...?

Yes once again all annoying. Luckily I have found the details of all friends and family I needed to add on a scrappy bit of paper I kept. Thank goodness for pencil and paper technology!

Palace ticketing website SNAFU, this is not news. The ticket systems are amateurish.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Just in case anyone falls into trap I fell into I added details via phone which used predictive for surname but at first I didn't notice also had a trailing space. That led to mismatch/not found error. Might be worth typing name only if you're relying on predictive. Edited by suss (06 Jul 2023 1.12pm)

This post has been merged from a topic called 'New ticket website' by becky Just purchased a ticket for Crawley away. Guess what. I couldn't do so from a laptop using edge or Chrome. The layout is wrong and you can't select a ticket. I tried using my phone via the Palace app and was able to order one. There is also no where that I can see to download your Season ticket. Whats the betting they wait until 2 days before the season starts! Different day same S**t!
