This could be a great midfield partnership, cheick had a bustling partnership with (fofana) at lens ,we could hopefully see cheick get some shots in now, these guys could be good together.

And recognising my own rose-tinted glasses I am still very encouraged by the thought of Lerma and Doucoure forming the base of our midfield. Two players I rate highly and think will compliment one another.

As long as he is fit and his form is reasonable he will be a starter. Hughes is ok, but has been here for 2 years and has never been a regular starter, and many of his appearances have been as sub.
