Bear in mind when those salary numbers are thrown around for train drivers of 60K plus............that's for a four day week !!

Sooner we have driverless trains the better

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

On the other hand, best of British to them. If you can organise and presented a largely united front, then see what you can achieve.

One of the major problems on the Right is that we have surrendered the notion of organised labour to the Left.

Those Train Drivers represent what a version of working-class power truly looks like.

It’s been reported that their Union hasn’t even put the pay offer to its membership for them to vote on to accept or decline.

It's a version but so were the dockers, miners and print workers.
The rail companies can agree any amount then put the fares up and carry on.

Bunch of over paid people, wish i was earning 60k a year.

Keep saying"dont want to cause disruption to people" and then pick selected action to target major events.

No fan of the tories currently but it is political also.

So not much support on here with a couple of good luck to them.

Problem is the rail is pretty much a geographical monopoly, there are no alternative trains only other forms of transport.

Just Stop Oil should be confronting ASLEF picket lines for forcing people on to the roads

Not much point when the system will be automated before long.
If we can have driverless busses and tubes then why not trains?
