Yes, Brighton do it all the time. They have sold so much quality and seem to be able to replace. We are a small club compared to the top 6 etc and have to accept this is going to happen. What we need is for somebody to invest in us like the Newcastle model if we want to challenge for Europe etc

No, he's an integral part of the defence. Unless a suitable replacement can be found who can hit the ground running it would be folly to sell. As for Zaha his contract expires soon and that will sort itself out one way or another. Who holds the aces, club or player?

It's a tricky one as Leicester probably got relegated because they failed to sign a decent centre-back, but on the flipside we could probably get Bella-Kotchap from Saints for less than 20/25m and he looked very good. When we sold AWB we never replaced him and right-back has probably been our weakest position since. I do think we'll sell someone significant though and if it were between Guehi, Olise and Eze I would say Guehi is probably the easier of the three to replace. Personally I think Guehi is a better defender than Andersen and is quicker, but the latter has become such an effective tool due to his incredible passing range.
