I love to poke fun at them but they’re doing well currently and fair play. One James McArthur has softened my attitude towards them!

I find the manager a bit dour but he seems to get results. No doubt back in a big job in a year or two.

He seems to have high expectations and discipline. He's probably a bit tough for our players. I'm not sure our players are like the tough players we used to have - I think they need more guidance than strictness. Just an opinion.
